Due to Covid-19, at the moment we are temporarily closed. The fitness studio is currently open as it is run separately by Forward Your Fitness.

We are investigating ways to safely re-open and will provide an update as soon as we have further news.

Ruairidh Milton from Forward Your Fitness offers Fitness & Diet Advice, 1:1 & small group Personal Training Monday to Friday from 6.00am til 10.00pm – there are some spaces available during the day.
